A friend gave me a bag of coins.
I homeschool my youngest and we used the Hope Coins as a lesson about kindness and spreading hope. He came up with ideas on his own and together we completed the random acts of kindness.
With this coin he decided to grab a few boxes of candy, popcorn and a couple of dollars to cover a movie night for the next person that went to the red box to rent a movie. He also included the Hope Coin, a prayer card and a hand written letter.
It was great to see him have so much fun and be so creative. It's a beautiful lesson that kindness and hope does not have to cost money.
