The other day I posted a very vulnerable post on Facebook. It was about Adults coping with early year child abuse and being an adult child of an alcoholic. I posted it because my intuition, my inner voice told me to. The next day my phone rang. It was an acquaintance that really needed a friend. She was overwhelmed by the isolation and had an event that changed her life.

The tears started to come. Ana couldn't really drive any more. Had 2 surgeries from an auto accident. I told Ana I am a Hope Warrior and I will be over Thursday at 1 pm. I brought her a New U Life mask. A bottle of Fortress, 2 NueraVie samples and Gel'd her up. I let her know I was all ears today. I took her to the beach and got her out of the house. I taught her how to breath with the intent of getting through her panic attacks that were the result of PTSD. I offered to take her grocery shopping to. It really felt good to help someone today.
